Cancellation policy for Feriecenter Slettestrand A/S

Cancellation Terms

  • If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival date, DKK 300 per apartment will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation between 30 and 2 days before the arrival date, 50% of the full price of the stay will be paid.
  • In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the full price of the stay will be paid.

Cancellation of activities, experiences and rental equipment

  • If cancellation occurs between 30 and 2 days before the start time, 50% of the price will be paid.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start time, 100% of the price will be paid.
  • When purchasing insurance for mountain bike rental, 100% of the insurance price can be refunded until collection. After that, the insurance cannot be cancelled or refunded.

In case of illness and the like

If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before/on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so they know that you will not be attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you are generally welcome to give your ticket to another side.

Rebooking

In some cases, there may be an option to rebook for another date or experience for an administration fee. The fee depends on the stay or experience and will be disclosed before rebooking.
